Q. Do you charge any fees?

A. We don't charge any fees providing your mortgage is at least £100k.

We can help for mortgages less than £100k, but we will charge a Professional fee of £199


Q. How can you operate without charging fees?

A. We are paid an introducers fee by the lender.


Q. Do I have to take out insurance through you?

A. No.


Q. What are the advantages in applying through yourselves?

A. We are on your side

Unlike a bank or building society we are not tied to any one company

We can source your mortgage from the 'whole of market'

We have access to mortgages that are not available to the public.

Because we are not tied to any lender we can offer objective, unconstrained advice.

We understand how lenders will assess mortgage applications and we can help identify a lender that is likely to be able to lend

We will alert you to any issues that you may need to consider carefully


Q. What are the disadvantages?

A. It is uneconomic for us to visit you personally, all business will have to be transacted by telephone and e-mail.

We do not have access to all lenders. We can access most lenders which may include any 'exclusives' that may be available

We cant offer direct schemes that some lenders offer to direct applicants or through their branch network
